If you have ever been curious about yoga, but too timid to try a class, this 4 week workshop is for you! We will explore health-related benefits of various practices, such as breathing and body awareness. This class is not a workout, but come prepared to move your body. Loose, comfortable clothing is advised. Upon completion, you will come away with breathing techniques, a solid understanding of basic postures, and a broader understanding of yoga’s application to wellness. You will be able to apply what you have learned as you sign up for a yoga class or build your own home practice.
