The 7th annual ACMC/RAH 5K will be fun and challenging for runners and walkers. This year the event will feature Alexander Ramsey Park and a scenic paved road course! One of the most popular parts of the morning are the 200 meter and 800 meter kids races.
Results will be available at raceberryjam.com at the completion of the race. Official timing will be done with the hy-tek meet manager.

Preregister online before July 1 and save $4! Race T-shirts guaranteed only with preregistration. A limited number of shirts will be available on race day.

Door prizes will be awarded after the races.
Proceeds of the event will benefit youth running through Redwood Valley High School and Friends of the Park.
