Bridging the Gap
A Program for Children and Teens Grieving the Death of Someone
Special
The purpose of this program is to give kids, grades K-12 who have
experienced the death of someone special, the opportunity to connect with
others "who have been there".
In a caring environment children/teens will be allowed to explore and
express their feelings about death and change in their life.
All grief support and educational activities will be guided by social
workers, staff, and volunteers from the Redwood Area Hospital Hospice
Program.
This group is supported by the Redwood Area Hospital Education Department.
