Breathe & Balance

In this class we will talk about the physiologic effects of chronic stress. You will learn how mind body interventions shift our bodies back to a restful state and promote healing. We will explore different mind body methods including mindfulness, breathing and basic yoga. We will learn how to bring the mind body strategies that work best for you into everyday life.
This class is not a workout, but come prepared to move your body. Loose comfortable clothing is advised.
