Are you interested in wellness and the mind/body connection? Have you ever wondered what a yoga class is or if it could be right for you? This 90-minute workshop will help you explore mind/body wellness including general yoga and basic functional movement. This course is designed for everyone, no prior experience or fitness level is required. Amanda and Colleen are both certified yoga instructors with over 20 years of combined experience in helping others realize the health benefits of yoga and movement. Health benefits include pain relief, stress management, improved focus, anxiety relief, and much more.
