Herb Roasted Turkey Breast
- Oven roasting bag
- Turkey breast
- Take thawed turkey breast with skin removed and place in oven roasting bag breast side down on top of a sachet made of fresh sage, rosemary and thyme.
- Roast in a preheated 350° oven to an internal temp of 165°or higher, let rest 10-15 mins.
- Drain juices off, discard sachet and reserve juices to thicken, slice breast and layer in pan.
- Thicken turkey broth slightly with corn starch slurry and pour over breast and serve.
