Low Fat Chicken Salad
- 1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 c. nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 c. celery, diced
- 1/3 c. onion, diced
- 1/4 c. dried craisins
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- Dice chicken breast place in a large bowl.
- Mix in Greek yogurt until all the chicken is coated evenly.
- Add celery, onion, Craisins, and almonds to the bowl and mix in.
- Enjoy immediately; store remaining chicken salad in fridge.
